Annie Hsin-Yu Huang joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP as a partner in San Francisco.

Huang's practice consists of state and local tax controversies at both administrative and judicial levels, tax planning and transactional work. Annie regularly practices before the California Franchise Tax Board, the California State Board of Equalization and the California Office of Tax Appeals.
